After decades of decline in sending and receiving Christmas cards often containing Christmas letters, I longed for something new. Recognizing there is no real replacement, my alternative expression is simply one way to reflect on the year gone by and briefly share with others what has happened.
In 2016 I started writing an annual year in review note consisting of exactly 100 words. In 2023, I started sharing those notes here on So What Faith (2023, 2024).

2025 in Review
Next month Susan will celebrate two years as Chief Guest Officer of the Metropolitan Library System (Oklahoma County, OK). Greg is in his fifth year as CEO at White Rock Center of Hope (Dallas, TX). In August, he completed a fourteen month role as Interim Pastor at Advent Lutheran Church (Arlington, TX).
Greg and Susan are increasingly familiar with I-35 thanks to frequent travel between our homes in Arlington (2022) and Oklahoma City (2024). Greg purchased (and loves!) his first EV (Ioniq5). Susan visited Philadelphia, PA and Shreveport, LA while Greg visited Naples, FL and San Francisco, CA.
So What?
