Always a Guest

Barbara Brown Taylor has been recognized as one of the greatest living preachers by Baylor University, as one of the most influential people by TIME, and her books have appeared on the New York Times bestseller list. Additionally, she has been mentioned on So What Faith on many occasions, including being recognized for writing two top books of the year:

  • 2019 – Holy Envy: Finding God in the Faith of Others
  • 2014 – Learning to Walk in the Dark

Barbara Brown Taylor is an Episcopal priest who spent the latter part of her career as a professor. During those years she had the opportunity to serve as a guest preacher in a wide variety of settings. Always a Guest is a collection of must read sermons from those years.
