Searching for a new pastor / priest / vicar / spiritual leader is a challenging undertaking for any congregation / parish. While denominational churches must follow basic denominational protocols, all congregations can include creative expressions as a part of their search process. These efforts can be helpful to the congregation and also to the prospective clergy who may be considering formally applying for the opening.
